User-Friendly Operation
The wearable scanner MT582W allows the user to operate with either right or left hand according to the user's preferences. Gloves can also be worn during the operation. MT582W is designed to enable users to quickly capture any 1D & 2D barcode data, including GS1 UDI & Dotcode, in either printed or on-screen (LCD) format.


Mobile-Friendly Scanning
With enhanced optical design and the latest decode algorithm, the MT582W wearable scanner makes it possible and easier for users to scan barcodes on reflective surfaces such as smartphone screens. With the MT582W 2D wearable scanner adopted as barcode scanning device, users may expand their business into many new applications such as eCoupon, eTicket, Digital ID cards, and mobile payments.


High Compatibility with USB-C Interface
As MT582W 2D Wearable Scanner simply works as an USB keyboard, no driver is needed for most host devices. Shipped with an USB Type C extension cable, the MT582W 2D Wearable Scanner is compatible with most mobile devices and operating systems in the market including Mac®, Windows®, Android® and iOS® (iPhone 15 series and later)


Ergonomic Design for Mobile Operators
MT582W wearable scanner provides the user freedom of movement to perform barcode scanning tasks comfortably while keeping both hands free. Thanks to the patented dual touch-activated switches, the Velcro strap doesn't have to be tied too tightly, its hassle-free condition allows users to stay more focused on the items he/she is handling, increasing productivity as a result.


Preventing Occupational Injury
The MT582W wearable scanner is multiple times lighter than the counterparts of other brands. Since wearing a ring of over 20g for a long period of time may cause injury to the finger, MT582W as the most lightweight ring scanner, plus the patented double strap design shown in the above picture, ensures that the operator's finger feels no burden and has no contact with the hard plastic case, preventing occupational injury and discomfort.


Better User Experience
As classified by Photobiological Safety Standard EN/IEC 62471 (Exempt Group), the light source of the MT582W wearable scanner is completely safe for human eyes even after long hours of operation. With a built-in buzzer and LED, MT582W provides a full variety of Good Read responses such as audible and visual feedback. MT582W is shipped with spare Velcro straps which are easy to replace for individual users to prevent infection.
